Refund and Returns Policy

At ShineSafe, we are committed to providing high-quality products. If you receive a product that is defective or faulty, we’re here to help.

Returns Eligibility
We accept returns only for items that are confirmed to be defective, damaged, or faulty upon arrival or under normal use. Unfortunately, we do not accept returns for change of mind, incorrect selection, or preference.

Return Process
If you believe your item is defective, please contact us within a reasonable timeframe of receiving your order. To help us assess the issue quickly, include:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos or videos showing the defect

Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will provide instructions on how to return the item.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Resolution Options
Depending on the nature of the issue, ShineSafe will offer one of the following:

  • A replacement product
  • A repair (where applicable)
  • A refund to your original payment method

Return Shipping
If a product is confirmed to be defective, ShineSafe will cover reasonable return shipping costs. Please do not send items back without prior approval.
